Messi´s daily routine



Lionel Messi’s daily routine mostly consists in trainning in the facilities of the FC Barcelona, his workout plan has two different options, the first one trains him in instant thrust and linear speed and the second one trains him in movement in different directions. More specifically in trainning option number one he does a series of stretching, making various excercises for flexibility and strength like squats, rope skipping, hopping hurdles, then, he does a round of short sprints and a 5 minute run. Regarding work out two, he does exercises for movement preparation like pillar skips, forward lunge and multi-directional lunge and an exercise called Pillar skips which consists in running ahead while raising the feet high in the air.
